One of the benefits of living in Southern Cal is that you can enjoy the beach, the desert and the mountains in one weekend. However, until now, we've never taken advantage of that fact! Our Spring Break vacation was a Friday night in Newport Beach, then bike riding in PERFECT sunny weather along the shore. Sunday found us up in Big Bear Mtn. where the snow had been so great this year due to our rainy winter. Unfortunately, we missed the good powder. It was pretty slushy by the time we got there. But it was fun just hanging out together!

Hey we just went there this past weekend and yes it was slushy but so much fun. We try to go every year. Good ol' Cali all rolled into one.
